Shipping & Delivery

We offer two forms of delivery for orderable and shipable items: in-store pickup; and courier delivery via Post Haste couriers.

In-Store Pickup:

Delivery for orders placed with in-store pickup can be fulfilled during our regular operating hours. These are:

Hours Shop:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
  • Saturday: 8am to 2pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Please note that the shop is usually closed for official New Zealand Public Holiday days.

Hours Cafe:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
  • Saturday: 8am to 3pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Hours Restaurant:

  • Wednesday to Friday: 5pm to 9pm
  • Saturday: 5pm to 9pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Courier Delivery:

For our shipping providr we use Post Haste, in particular the Poste Haste New Zealand-wide 3-day door-to-door service.

This service provides consistent, reliable, and affordable delivery throughout New Zealand based on shipment weight and destination.

These shipping rate are:

Metro Delivery Addresses
  • 0 - 69gm $3.50
  • 70gm - 149gm $4.50
  • 150gm - 2.999kg $8
  • 3kg - 8kg $16

Rural Deilvery Addresses

All Rural Delivery Adresses delivered via Post Haste require a $5 rural surcharge. All Rural Delivery surcharges are based on published New Zealand Post Rural Post Codes.

Returns & Replacements
In situations where the goods do not meet the customers expectations in terms of quality or taste etc. a Shop credit may in some circumstances be extended to the customer. In such a case we should be contacted immediately on 03 546 7964. A product can only be considered for return if it is unopened and within date. In such a case we consider it to be fair and equitable that the customer pay the cost of shipping the return item, plus the cost of shipping any replacement item.

If an order fails to reach you or arrives in a faulty condition due to manufacturing defects you can choose to have a full refund rather than receiving a replacement. In this case please contact us by phone on 03 546 7964, and we will arrange to refund your purchase in full. 

Orders can be placed online, or via phone. Order payments can be made online via credit card, through online banking, or by payment on pickup.

All prices and charges are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and include 15% GST. We currently only deliver to New Zealand addresses, however we welcome overseas customers who wish to purchase our products for delivery to a New Zealand address. Customers can pay for purchases by credit card using either Visa or MasterCard, or by bank deposit, using internet banking or at a National Bank branch. 

An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail after you complete your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us by email or by phone on 03 546 7964. If you choose to pay by bank deposit, the confirmation e-mail will contain our bank account details. Orders will be dispatched after the funds have cleared.

Credit card payments are processed through Paypal, we hold no customer credit card information at all.
